          Rolling Hills Exotic Peppers LLC, rollinghillspeppers.com offers shipping to the United States. After orders are filled shipping typically takes 2 to 3 days. We do not ship to Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas and Washington. We do not ship internationally. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 in the United States. Orders typically arrive between 2 to 3 days after being shipped. Please have orders shipped to where you will have timely access to your delivery. We are not responsible for any damage done after orders are shipped. A few pepper causalities are normal during shipping so please plan accordingly with the number of peppers you order. Please remember these are perishable items so we do not recommend letting your order sit outside all day until the evening hours while you are away. Depending on your local weather that could affect quality being left outside all day so please keep this in mind with picking a delivery address. We are a small business and do our best to get your deliveries shipped in a timely manner.           Shipping rates are controlled by the United States Postal Service and we are not responsible for any unforeseen increases in their shipping cost. We will always try to use the most affordable and reliable shipping methods and are not responsible or obligated to update you personally on shipping changes. Shipping changes will always be updated in this section prior to putting any changes in to affect. So please check here frequently for any new shipping changes implemented. You will always see shipping charges in your cart prior to ordering. Depending on weight, total and quality will determine your shipping rate. We are not responsible for orders held by your local government or authorities for being a violation of being shipped to your area and we do not offer refunds for this reason. So please check your local laws and regulations for your state if you have these concerns for your location. We do our best to stay current on shipping laws and regulations but ultimately that is your responsibility prior to ordering to make sure your order is legal for your area. We have no control if they decide to hold and inspect your shipment for an undetermined amount of time and we do not offer refunds for this reason. We do include a tracking number on every order for you to be able to track your purchases to see if there is any hold on your shipment for extra reassurance.  We do not accept returns of any kind because these are perishable items.
