The heat your relationship deserves

Ingredients:

                3 tbsp olive oil

                1 onion (chopped)

                2 tsp minced garlic

                2 to 3 peppers (your choice we prefer the extreme heat in this dish)

                4 potatoes (cubed)

                2 tbsp chili powder

                2 tsp paprika

                2 tsp cumin powder

                2 tsp dried oregano

                2 fire roasted crushed tomato cans (14 oz each)

                4 chicken breasts (shredded turkey, chicken breast or your favorite protein works also)

                6 cups chicken breast

                1 bag of corn kernels

                2 black bean cans (14oz)

                3 tbsp lime juice

                1 tsp sea salt

 

Instructions:

                Preheat your oven to 375 degrees

 

                On nonstick cooking sheet lather your chicken in salt and pepper and the oil and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.

 

                Shred your chicken

 

                Chop your onion

 

                Meanwhile in your crockpot or large pot on medium heat add all your other ingredients

 

                Add all your ingredients and heat until potatoes are tender

 

                Top with tortilla strips, cheese, cilantro, sour cream
