Ingredients:
¼ Cup basil leaves minced
1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes with chiles
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 small onion diced
1 yellow reaper (or pepper of your choice)
36 oz of tomato juice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients other than the tomato juice
In pot combine tomato juice and blended ingredients and cook on medium to low heat
