Padron pepper has a very different taste cooked, then fresh, we recommend cooking this pepper. The Padron starts out green, then turns a lighter green, followed by eventually its full mature color of red. We sell this pepper in all 3 stages of its maturity. Charring these in a skillet with olive oil and drizzled with sea salt is a favorite way of cooking these beautiful peppers.
