Ingredients:
 
                1 Tsp salt
                1 Tsp Carolina Reaper (minced)
                3 Cups flour
                1 ½ cups melted butter
                2 Tsp pure vanilla
                3 eggs
                1 ½ Tsp baking soda
                (2) ¾ cups brown sugar
                (2) ¾ cups milk chocolate chips
 
Instructions:
 
                Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
 
                Mince your Carolina Reaper (or your choice of pepper)
 
                Combine all dry ingredients together (excluding chocolate chips) and stir well
 
                Combine all wet ingredients together (including melted butter) and stir well 
 
                Combine wet ingredients to the dry ingredients with a mixer
 
                Fold in the Chocolate chips 
 
                Scoop 1 Tbsp of the cookie mixture on to a nonstick cookie sheet (remember to space out for expansion of the cookies)
 
                Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes
 
                Let cool on the cookie sheet for one minute before removing them
 
                Repeat until all cookies are baked and enjoy
