Black Caramel Apples
 
                Mixture:
                2 to 3 purple jalapenos (minced or blended)
                1 cup salted butter
                2 cups light brown sugar
                1 cup corn syrup
                14oz sweetened milk
                 ½ to 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
                 1 Tbsp Milk
                 .3 bottles of blue, red and yellow each
 
                Instructions:
 
                Melt together and stir on low heat
                Place caramel sticks in apple
               Once mixture is heated smooth roll apples in mixture
               Chill in freezer until coating doesn’t run
               Roll in coating or place in desired placement
               Chill for another 30 mins
 
Purple Caramel Apples
 
                Mixture:
                28 oz of Werther’s chewy soft caramels
                14 oz sweetened condensed milk
                1 to 2 tbsp butter
                ½ to 1 tbsp vanilla extract
                Purple drops to desired color
 
        Instructions:
 
                 Melt together and stir on low heat
                 Place caramel sticks in apple
                 Once mixture is heated smooth roll apples in mixture
                 Chill in freezer until coating doesn’t run
                 Roll in coating or place in desired placement
                 Chill for another 30 mins
