The heat your relationship deserves

Ingredients:

 

                4 Tbsp butter

                3 cloves garlic(minced)

                2 Tbsp oil (coat baking sheet if using aluminum foil)

                2 Tbsp parsley

                2 Tbsp Dijon honey mustard

                ¼ Tbsp red pepper flakes

                ¼ Tbsp rosemary

                1 Jamaican mushroom (minced)

                1 habanada (minced)

                ¼ Tsp black pepper

                ¼ Tsp sea salt

 

                (this recipe will give enough to baste 2 to 3 whole fillets. May need more oil for coating the baking sheet if doing more fillets)

 

Instructions:

 

                Preheat oven to 425 degrees

 

                (If salmon is fresh bake at 500 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. If the salmon is frozen bake 425 degrees for 12 minutes)

 

                Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil (coat with 2 tbsp of oil)

 

                Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (minus the oil)

 

                Brush on to the top of the Salmon (skin side down)

 

                Place in oven for correct amount of time above and take out halfway and coat with mixture one more time and place back in for the remaining amount of time.
