The heat your relationship deserves

Ingredients:

                Chicken breast (cook then slice)

                3 to 5 Brazilian starfish (sliced or whole)

                Red onion (sliced)

                Croutons (your desired amount)

                Lettuce (your favorite kind works just fine we used butter lettuce)

                ½ tsp red pepper flakes

                ¼ tsp black pepper

                ¼ tsp sea salt

                ½ tsp garlic powder

                1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

 

Instructions:

 

                Mix seasonings and sprinkle over front and back of the chicken breast and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes and let rest for 8 minutes and then slice to desires thickness

 

                While your chicken cooks wash your lettuce and break it to the desired size.

 

                Slice your red onion and Brazilian starfish also if desired.

 

                Layer your salad and croutons and slice your chicken breast and place on top.

 

                Dressing of your choice or just let the juices of the chicken flavor the salad what your craving works best.
