Italian sausage seasoning:
¼ Tsp garlic
½ Tsp black pepper
½ Tsp salt
¼ Tsp red pepper flakes
¼ to ½ Tsp Reaper (minced)
Gravy Seasoning:
½ Tsp garlic
½ Tsp salt
½ Tsp black pepper
½ Tsp red pepper flakes
Ingredients:
Fries (desired amount)
8 oz mushrooms (sliced)
2 mini red bells (sliced)
2 chocolate mini bells (sliced)
1 small onion (sliced or diced optional)
1lb Italian sausage
3 cups milk
1/3 cup flour
3 Tbsp butter
¼ cup flour
2 eggs
Instructions:
Cook Italian sausage in a skillet with ¼ Tsp red pepper flakes, ½ Tsp salt, ½ Tsp black pepper, ¼ Tsp garlic powder and ¼ Tsp Reaper.
In a pot melt 3 Tbsp butter with 1/3 cup flour and whisk together as butter melts. Add 3 cups of milk, ½ Tsp garlic powder, ½ Tsp salt, ½ Tsp black pepper, ½ tsp red pepper flakes. Whisk and let cook down to desired consistency. Add your sausage to the gravy mixture.
Sautee sliced mushrooms and sliced onions in ¼ cup soy sauce on medium high heat at halfway add in sliced peppers.
Bake or fry your fries (follow your package instructions)
In a skillet cook your 2 eggs over easy
Cook everything and layer fries, mushrooms, peppers, eggs, and drizzle with your sausage gravy
