Ingredients:
20 oz of corn
1 small onion (minced)
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
3 Tsp sugar
¾ cup half & half
1 ¼ cup milk
½ to 1 Tsp salt
½ to 1 Tsp black pepper
¼ tsp rosemary leaves
3 Brazilian peppers (or pepper of your choice)
1 Jamaican mushroom (or pepper of your choice)
Instructions:
Combine onion, butter, and cook over medium heat until onion is sautéed
Add flour, milk, half & half, sugar, rosemary, salt and black pepper to the onion and butter
Slice or mince your peppers
Blend 2 cups of your corn
Add your corn kernels and your 2 cups blended corn in with other mixture, heat and enjoy
