  • The White Ghost pepper looks innocent but packs a ton of heat.  This is a natural rare variety of the ghost peppers.  When not fully ripened yet they will appear partially green and will finish ripening to white.  A White Ghost pepper comes in use for queso with a ton of heat or a white sauce over your seafood dishes.  The White Ghost can be used in many ways that you would like a ton of heat.  A rare white-hot sauce for fish tacos is one of our favorites. This pepper has a heat on par with the best of them coming in at over 1,000,000+ Scoville Heat Units.
