Ingredients:
3 large green bell peppers
2 Spanish onions (yellow onions will work)
12 Aji dulce peppers
1 whole head of garlic
1 bunch of cilantros
Instructions:
Remove stems and seeds from peppers
Peel onion and quarter
Blend all ingredients in food processor
Pour in ice tray and freeze
Pop out of ice tray when frozen and place frozen cubes in Ziploc bags and keep in the freezer
Use 1 or 2 in your recipes to add flavor (we usually use one it is loaded with flavor). We prefer it in our stews and rice dishes.
